Jama Privacy Policy
Jama is built by Yuken Studios LLC. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Account information. Your name and email address when you create an account. Guests who join an event without an account get a temporary guest identity with only the name they enter.
Photos. Photos you take inside Jama are uploaded to our servers so they can be shared with the other members of the event you took them in. Photos are only visible to members of that event.
Event details. Names, dates, cover images, and membership of events you create or join.
Purchases. Payments are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details; we receive only confirmation that a purchase completed.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, show ads, track you across other apps, or collect your location. We don't access your photo library beyond saving photos you've taken in Jama, with your permission.
Where your data lives
Photos and event data are stored on our servers (hosted in the United States) and retained until you delete them. Deleting an event deletes its photos. Deleting your account removes your account, the events you own, and every photo you've taken — permanently.
Your controls
You can delete photos, events, or your entire account from inside the app (Settings → Delete account forever). For anything else, contact us.
